Ideally each month I will be able to provide a new type of content. This will be a shorter version with a different take regarding the insights shared on the Long Missing SoW. This email is a laid-back text, where you can get your popcorn bucket and enjoy the resources and references shared here.
The State Of The SoW
The newsletter is now composed of two types of publications: Short and Long.
The short publications are scheduled on Mondays. During March the Atomic Mondays email saw its first deliveries. The Atomic email will be focused on sharing useful resources and other types of links packed with value.
The long publications continue on the same structure, but I am experimenting with the schedule a bit. During February the email was sent on Fridays, but in March the articles will be sent on Thursdays. This change is because I noticed Friday is a popular day for newsletters here on Substack, so I am not sure if is a good idea to be part of a crowd.
This month was a great month for the SoW. I reached some content creators and started some sort of collaboration. Content-wise the SoW got really popular posts, which made March the most-read month so far. Granted the SoW only is 3 months old, but it is motivating to see how it has been welcomed by you!

I have based this article on my pieces of advice to junior Project Managers or Product Owners and Managers. Leadership has many layers. Influence is one of the most important skills to develop in any leadership position.
Based on multiple conversations, both online and offline, the question of what is the role of management is somehow misunderstood. I hope I have helped with the personal decision of a career path worth pursuing.
