Trust can’t be forced into existence.

But leaders absolutely shape whether it has the conditions to grow or the conditions to erode.

And that difference shows up in the smallest, most ordinary interactions long before it shows up in performance.

I think this is the most difficult part when you are building something that is so invisible on daily scale, yet all these small interactions are the key ingredients.

Indeed, trust cannot simply appear from thin air. I strongly believe is made of actions with positive outcomes, aligned with the expectations 💯
